SenSen Networks aims to disrupt expensive approach to smart cities

SenSen Networks Ltd (ASX:SNS) chief executive officer Subhash Challa speaks to Proactive Investors abouts its new Gemineye product, which can slash the cost of smart cities by harnessing the power of smartphones.
 
While most smart city technology to date has required expensive hardware such as specialist video cameras, Challa says SenSen has mastered highly accurate artificial intelligence software that takes advantage of the powerful cameras and processors in a normal, significantly cheaper smartphone.
 
The company also has progressed with major casino clients with its SenGAME table game analysis product, which can analyse customer spending behaviour by accurately recognising the colours and  heights of chip stacks of different customers.
