Marrone Bio Innovations rolls out new pest control program targeting almonds and grapes

Marrone Bio Innovations Inc (NASDAQ:MBII) CEO Pam Marrone tells Proactive Investors the biotech company's BioUnite pest management program is giving California’s almond and grape growers a tremendous edge by helping them tackle mid-season pest control issues.

Marrone says BioUnite, an umbrella brand for its products, has introduced its first spray against naval orangeworm larvae, a pest that targets almonds, as well as its first spray to control powdery mildew, a fungal disease that targets grapes.
