Falcon Oil & Gas’s (LON:FOG) new company secretary is Rebecca Kacaba, who was appointed with effect from August 11 (Monday).

It comes as Daniel Bloch, who previously had the role, has stepped down.

Kacaba is a partner at the Canada based legal firm Aird & Berlis LLP and acts as corporate counsel to a wide range of domestic and international clients including those listed on the Toronto stock exchange and the TSX venture exchange, the oil and gas group said.

Wishing Bloch well for the future, Falcon chief executive Philip O'Quigley said: "Rebecca has been a key part of Falcon's legal advisors over the last eight years. I look forward to working with Rebecca in her additional role as company secretary."
