Valens GroWorks Corp (CVE:VGW) (OTCMKTS:MYMSF) is set to see its shares start trading on the OTCQX Best Market on Monday having graduated from the OTCQB Market.
The stock will begin trading under the ticker symbol 'VGWCF', the firm said in a brief regulatory statement.
"Graduating to the OTCQX Market from the OTCQB Market is an important milestone for companies seeking to build visibility and long-term shareholder value in the public market. Congratulations to Valens GroWorks on upgrading to the OTCQX Market," said Jason Paltrowitz, executive vice president of corporate services at the OTC Markets Group.
Valens CEO Tyler Robson noted that trading on the OTCQX, combined with the current work underway to finalize the firm's depository trust and clearing eligibility will increase the firm's presence with US investors and increase liquidity to its growing shareholder base.
