The new oils are available through Vancouver-based Harvest One’s wholly-owned subsidiary Satipharm Ltd.
Satipharm’s CBD oils will be available online throughout the continent, with bricks and mortar distribution in major retailers to follow, Harvest One said in a statement.
The CBD oils, initially available in a lemon and lime flavour, join Satipharm’s existing CBD gel capsules that are sold throughout 1,800 stores in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Satipharm expects to expand the product line with more flavour varieties in the coming months, it told investors.
"Product innovation is essential to building our brands. Our new CBD oil illustrates continued movement by Harvest One towards our strategy of building health, wellness, and self-care brands around the world," said Grant Froese, CEO of Harvest One.
"Customers can have the same confidence in new Satipharm CBD oils as they do in our existing Satipharm CBD Gelpell already on the market across Europe."
Harvest One is a global consumer packaged goods company that develops and distributes health, wellness, and lifestyle products to patients and consumers in regulated markets around the world.
The company also told shareholders on Monday that it has issued just over 131,000 shares at C$0.57 per share in relation to its acquisition of Delivera Corp, a specialty biotechnology company.
