Acasti Pharma Inc (NASDAQ:ACST) (CVE:ACST) announced Wednesday the results of its meeting of shareholders. Directors Roderick Carter, John Canan, Jan D’Alvise and Donald Olds were all re-elected, and the stock options plan was amended to increase the fixed number of shares that may be issued as stock options are exercised. Capstone Turbine Corporation (NASDAQ:CPST) announced Wednesday that its distribution partner in Kazakhstan, TOO Synergy Astana, has received an order for 11 C30 microturbines for an ongoing pipeline project in Western Kazakhstan. The Kazakhstan pipeline already depends on 63 Capstone microturbine systems, with the new order bringing the new total to 74 when the eleven C30s are expected to ship in September, Capstone noted in a statement.
Exactus Inc (OTCMKTS:EXDI) announced that it is on track to exceed its initial estimates of 20,000 pounds of top flower and will begin taking orders. The Florida-based CBD healthcare company revealed it has made significant progress on the two 100-acre industrial hemp farms it owns located in Southwest Oregon. The CBD producer said it will begin harvesting on September 15 and will continue to harvest top flower through November. As a result, delivery of 2019 flower products will begin in October following drying, processing and packaging.
Pacton Gold Inc (CVE:PAC) (OTCMKTS:PACXF) is poised to begin drilling in Red Lake after the junior explorer received its permit from the Ontario regulators this week. The Vancouver-based company announced Wednesday that the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines granted its exploration drilling permit, allowing Pacton to conduct diamond drilling and outcrop cleaning. The company told shareholders that it is planning a 10,000 metre drilling program to commence in the fall of 2019.

New Pacific Metals Corp (CVE:NUAG) (OTCMKTS:NUPMF) has posted more encouraging drill results from its wholly-owned Silver Sand project in Bolivia, which continue to show wide intervals of silver. The latest assays come from a further 20 holes, which were sunk to infill the drill grid to a density of 25 metres by 25 metres to confirm continuity of mineralization in selected areas, which were drilled in 2018. Standout results include 165.5 metres (m) at 204 grams per ton (g/t) silver in one hole, which also included 93.5m at 336 g/t of the precious metal.
TruTrace Technologies Inc (CSE:TTT) (OTCMKTS:TTTSF), the company running the Shoppers Drug Mart medical cannabis verification pilot program, announced Wednesday that Segra International Corp, an agriculture technology company, will be joining the project. According to a statement, the companies have signed a letter of intent under which Segra’s role will be to extract DNA from samples of medical cannabis and create a reference against which future batches can be tested for purity.
Antibe Therapeutics Inc (CVE:ATE) (OTCMKTS:ATBPF) has reported fiscal first quarter results showing an increase in revenue thanks to higher sales in the United States. For the three months ended June 30, 2019, the biotech company said its revenue from product sales increased to C$2.763 million, up from C$2.543 million a year earlier.
Telson Mining Corporation (CVE:TSN) (OTCMKTS:SOHFF) has reported better than expected recoveries from third party toll milling in Mexico. In a statement on Tuesday, Telson said it expects that the Atocha mill will process at least 5,000 tonnes of pre-production Tahuehueto mine ore during this 11th campaign of toll milling. So far it has processed 2,166 tonnes in six days up to August 25.

Gold Resource Corporation (NYSEAmerican:GORO) has declared a monthly dividend of 1/6 of a cent per share for August payable on September 23 to shareholders of record as of September 11. The gold and silver producer, developer and explorer has operations in Oaxaca, Mexico and Nevada, in the United States. Since July 2010, it has returned $112 million to its shareholders in monthly dividends. It offers its shareholders the option to convert their cash dividends into physical gold and silver and take delivery.
