Full interview: Marrone Bio broadens distribution network into Europe with Pro Farm acquisition

Marrone Bio Innovations Inc (NASDAQ:MBII) CEO Pam Marrone tells Proactive the California-based company has closed on its acquisition of Finland-based Pro Farm Technologies OY.

Marrone says this $31.8 million deal adds nutrient and biostimulant technology to its portfolio as well as products for seed and foliar treatments. She notes that one of the reason's why the company acquired Pro Farm is its recently announced commercial agreement with Corteva Agriscience in Europe, which broadens its distribution networks into the continent.
