Fidelity Minerals Corp (CVE:FMN) (FSE:S5GM) is to sell its Cerro Dorado gold plant in Arequipa, Peru for US$1.43 million, to remove costs and focus on its project generator model, the firm said. The sale to certain private Peruvian interests will be staged over 12 months, and the binding agreement means the buyers must make certain capital improvements to the mill.

Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp (CSE:VCAN) (OTCMKTS:CVHIF) released preliminary fiscal second quarter results Wednesday that revealed a major uptick in cannabis revenue. The company said it expects cannabis revenue to exceed $350,000 for the three months ending August 31, nearly four times greater than the $92,000 it reported last quarter. Cash on hand is expected to come in just above $4.25 million, the company added, also a quarter over quarter increase.

Atlas Engineered Products Ltd (CVE:AEP) (OTCMKTS:APEUF) is seeing robust growth across Canada into the coming year, the company told shareholders on Wednesday. The Nanaimo, BC-based company said it expects its third-quarter revenue to be nearly 18% higher than its previous quarter as it drives margin improvement across its product categories.

Helix TCS Inc (OTCMKTS:HLIX) has entered into a strategic partnership with Dama Financial, a provider of banking and payment solutions to the cannabis industry. According to a statement on Wednesday, Dama Financial, through its bank partners, will facilitate the secure transfer of online payments and settlements within the Amercanex marketplace for wholesale cannabis.

1933 Industries Inc (CSE:TGIF) (OTCMKTS:TGIFF), the brand-focused cannabis group, will feature at the Canaccord Genuity US Cannabis Symposium on October 3 at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto, it said in a statement. The one-day event will host company presentations and one-on-one meetings with senior management teams representing every facet of the U.S. cannabis industry, including multi-state operators, technology providers, brand owners, hemp producers, oil extractors and ancillary products businesses.

Recruiter.com Group Inc (OTCMKTS:RCRT) announced Wednesday it has entered into a partnership agreement with a subsidiary of MSX International, the world’s largest independent non-employee workforce solutions provider. The subsidiary Geometric Results Inc, which is a vendor-neutral managed services program provider, is excited to expand its talent acquisition ecosystem by integrating Recruiter.com into its programs, according to a statement. Nerds On Site Inc (CSE:NERD) (OTCMKTS:NOSUF) announced Wednesday that its full-year 2019 revenue increased 6% year-over-year. In a statement, the Canada-based mobile IT solutions company said revenue rose to $8.9 million in 2019 from $8.4 million the prior year.  Nerds On Site also said it has begun to see results and is generating revenue from US customers. It also noted that it incurred significant one-time costs in 2019 to successfully penetrate the US market.

Allot Ltd (NASDAQ:ALLT) told investors it has recruited more staff and invested in new tech amid an increase in demand for network intelligence and cyber solutions from regulatory agencies around the globe. The Israeli company said in the first half of this year, it had received increased inquiries from all types of agencies and a number, ranging from regional administrations to national bodies, have selected Allot solutions over competitors, while there are more deals in development.

Q BioMed Inc (OTCQB:QBIO), the biotech accelerator group, reached a milestone Wednesday in its bid to commercially launch its cancer bone pain drug as it announced a settlement in the legal action, which means it now has outright ownership. The company has reached agreement with BioNucleonics Inc over the non-opioid cancer bone pain drug Strontium-89 Chloride USP and will assume immediate ownership of the drug, including the aNDA (abbreviated new drug application), under a "mutually favorable global royalty agreement", it said in a statement.

CytoDyn Inc (OTCMKTS:CYDY) has received clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration to begin enrollment of a Phase 2 clinical trial of its flagship drug leronlimab for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).  The 60-person trial will test the efficacy and safety of leronlimab against a placebo at controlling the liver damage associated with the chronic disease.

Royal Road Minerals Ltd (CVE:RYR) (OTCMKTS:RRDMF) revealed on Wednesday a boost to the El Gualtal gold mine project in the prolific La Llanada Goldfield in Colombia with new agreements with a local company representing the informal miners there. The project is in Royal Road's Colombian subsidiary's mining concession contract in Nariño District and the formalization agreement and related earn-in option and royalty agreements are with San Antonio, a company representing the interests of informal miners that have been carrying out small-scale mining activities at El Gualtal.

EnWave Corporation (CVE:ENW) has adopted a shareholder rights plan, the company told investors on Wednesday. The Vancouver-based company said the plan was adopted to make sure that all shareholders of the dehydration technology firm are treated “fairly and equally” in the event of a takeover bid or acquisition. It clarified that EnWave was not aware of any specific takeover bid or proposal in action at the moment.

Nabis Holdings Inc (CSENAB) (OTCMKTS:NABIF) published fiscal third-quarter results Wednesday and provided a shareholder update.  The three months ended July 31 were largely spent expanding the company’s US footprint.

Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN) has been named the 2019 Patient Experience Solutions Company of the Year by analyst group Frost & Sullivan. The company was presented with the award at the Frost & Sullivan Growth, Innovation and Leadership Awards Gala on September 17, the company announced Wednesday. Each year, Frost & Sullivan selects a company that “demonstrates excellence in terms of growth strategy and implementation in its field,” according to a statement from the organization.

Ximen Mining Corp (CVE:XIM) told investors on Wednesday that GGX Gold Corp (CVE:GGX) (OTCMKTS:GGXXF) had kicked off drilling to test a large, deep geophysical anomaly at the Gold Drop property in the Greenwood Mining Camp in British Columbia. GGX said in a statement that a drill is now set-up on the first of three sites. Early in September this year, GGX said it had made a final option payment to Ximen Mining and now owned 100% of Gold Drop.
