() CEO Robin Eves tells Proactive the New York-based company has begun the assembly of its Fort Union test facility near Gillette, Wyoming.
Eves says the second-generation facility will incorporate new features and designs in collaboration between its engineers and the University of Wyoming's School of Energy Research. He says these new features include a rotary kiln, which will more economically and efficiently stabilize the end product of dust-free coal.
