Bragg Gaming Group Inc (CVE:BRAG) (OTCMKTS:BRGGF) announced Wednesday that one of its executives has been recognized with a “Leader Under 40” award.

Benny Bonsu, who heads up the GiveMeSport Women division of Bragg’s GiveMeSport subsidiary, was presented with the award at a recent ceremony held in London.

The award, which recognizes achievements in the sports world, is chosen by a panel of over 100 leading figures in the sports industry.

Bonsu said in a statement that she was “honored” to be included amongst an elite group of sports professionals.

“At GiveMeSport Women we are dedicated to shining a light on the role women play in sport and promoting the benefits and values of sport to the young women of today,” Bonsu said. “This award recognizes the importance of this.”

As an award-winning broadcaster and writer, Bonsu has worked for the BBC World Service, Sky Sports and MTG Africa. She also works as an advocate for professional and youth development in sport and now focuses her efforts on increasing access to sport for young under-represented populations.

“Benny’s dedication to sport in all forms is unparalleled, and she has been a passionate advocate for youth development in sport for many years,” said Rick Waterlow, managing director of GiveMeSport. “Her leadership in global sport has long been well-known in the industry, and we’re delighted that she has now received this formal recognition.”
