NexTech AR Solutions Corp (CSE:NTAR) (OTCMKTS:NEXCF) has expanded its augmented reality (AR) deal with Canadian truckload carrier Challenger Motor Freight to include the company’s new CaptureAR offering.
Challenger, a privately-owned company operating more than 1,500 trucks and 3,300 trailers, inked an agreement with NexTech in September to create AR recruitment experiences for potential employees.
Now, the deal is expanding to include CaptureAR, one of NexTech’s latest offerings that allows companies to create 3D AR assets without the need to invest in expensive production pipelines or purchase costly 3D scanning equipment.

To date, we've begun developing AR hologram experiences to present new drivers the benefits of working at Challenger and to reach out to the next generation of future Challenger employees."
The transportation industry is highly competitive and faces a labor shortage, NexTech said, and augmented reality provides companies like Challenger a unique edge.
