Under the terms of the deal, Integumen unit Rinocloud will supply and roll out mobile services, data management and business tool software to clients from the NHS, public sector, housing associations and private companies.
"Following on from the heads of terms signed with Parity announced five weeks ago, the Parity team offers Rinocloud a vendor-approved, ready-made sales, marketing and distribution channel into the ideal clients for its mobile enterprise resource and data management software services,” said Integumen chief executive Gerard Brandon.
“The teams have jointly identified a number of clients across the Parity client portfolio who would benefit from working with Rinocloud and we will initiate consultations with them early in 2020."
Integumen said the collaboration would generate shared revenue streams and a “value-added proposition” for potential clients. It also provided immediate access to 150 public and private clients,
As well as developing AI solutions being deployed in the Parity te-up, Integumen has created an artificial skin technology used in R&D by cosmetic companies.
