GlobeX Data Ltd (CSE:SWIS) (OTCMKTS:SWISF) has signed a new reseller agreement with a Toronto-based cybersecurity firm that will provide small businesses with GlobeX’s proprietary data protection technology.
The agreement with Darn IT Group will see the firm offer GlobeX’s DigitalSafe, PrivaTalk, Custodia and the soon-to-be-available PrivaTalk Messenger applications to businesses across Canada.
Under GlobeX’s encryption technology, user data is stored in Switzerland under multiple layers of protection using a proprietary system known as VirtualVaults, which segregates users to create an individual barrier of protection in case a data breach occurs.

“By utilizing the secure servers located in Switzerland, our Canadian clients will be protected under the strict privacy laws of Switzerland and will be able to store their sensitive data on private servers without concern of future data leaks from a public cloud provider,” said Darn IT Group’s CEO Darnley Greson Jr.
GlobeX Data CEO Alain Ghiai said that the firm was excited to work with Darn IT Group to provide data security services to small and medium enterprises.
“Data is the lifeblood of all businesses and security that data and keeping it private is our prime directive at GlobeX,” Ghiai told investors.
“We look forward to providing Darn IT Group's businesses the security and privacy GlobeX Data's services will provide them and their clients when sharing documents, generating passwords, sending encrypted emails and backing up their data in our Swiss hosted secure cloud."
The New York and Toronto-based firm recently signed an agreement with large realtor Keller Williams to integrate DigitalSafe, its Swiss-hosted security, document management, password management and encrypted email solution, into KW's cloud program.
