Bushveld Minerals (LON:BMN) CEO Fortune Mojapelo tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott he's comfortable they can still meet their 2024 target of 8,400 tonnes of production despite some of the recent uncertainty around the pandemic but says they'll have much more clarity on that once their 2020 guidance numbers are out in the market.

He says they produced a net attributable 482.5 metric tons of vanadium (mtV) in the form of Nitrovan during the first quarter of 2020, marginally ahead of production in the corresponding period a year ago, with this quarter affected by shut-downs related to the coronavirus.

''We still think there's a growth story in the Vanadium space and there's still a business case for growing our production ... we'll obviously have to manage the ramp up of that growth and pace it appropriately''.
