Pembridge chief Gati Al-Jebouri buys £120,000 worth of shares in recent placing

Pembridge Resources PLC (LON:PERE) revealed that Gati Al-Jebouri, its chief executive has spent £120,000 on buying new shares in the company as part of its recent fundraising efforts.

The company raised just over £630,000 in new money towards the end of April, as it had to re-adjust the ownership structure of its Minto copper mine in Canada to take into account the effects of the coronavirus on its business.

The mine was recently restarted and has begun shipping copper to foreign buyers.
