Namaste Technologies Inc (CVE:N) (OTCMKTS:NXTTF) said it now expects to file its interim filings for the first quarter ended February 29 on or before June 13 after activities impacted by coronavirus required it to extend the preparation and filing period of the results.
The company, which provides a leading online platform for cannabis products, accessories, and responsible education, said it was taking “extensive employee safety measures” which required more time, and that the release of its results was in accordance with the blanket relief of a 45-day extension, provided by Canadian Securities Administrators.

Namaste also said its directors and management were continuing to work “expeditiously to meet the company's obligations relating to the filing of the first quarter filings” and that there had been “no material business developments since the date of the most recent filing of its annual financial reports.
The company’s business is focused on its ‘everything cannabis store’, CannMart.com, which provides customers with a diverse selection of products from a multitude of federally-licensed cultivators.
