The Valens Company Inc (TSE:VLNS) (OTCQX:VLNCF) (FRA:7LV) reported that it has launched new THC and CBD water-soluble drops as part of its custom manufacturing agreement with Verse Cannabis, joining the Verse Originals line-up of best-in-class formulations offered at a great value.
The company said the Verse THC and CBD drops are ideal to mix with food, water, and non-alcoholic beverages, or to ingest directly - orally or sublingually.
Formulated using SōRSE by Valens water-soluble emulsification solution, the drops are free of cannabis colour, flavour, and odour, and are the first extract product format to enter the market powered with this award-winning technology.

Verse THC drops are currently available online and at select retailers in Alberta with British Columbia and Ontario to follow shortly after.
As well, Verse CBD drops are expected to be available online and at select retailers in the first quarter of 2021.
Valens is the largest third-party extraction company in Canada, with an annual capacity of 425,000 kilograms of dried cannabis and hemp biomass at its facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. It is equipped to service Canadian demand as well as the global markets with efficiency at scale.
The company currently offers a wide range of product formats, including tinctures, two-piece caps, soft gels, oral sprays and vape pens, as well as beverages, concentrates, topicals, edibles, injectables, natural health products and has a strong pipeline of next-generation products in development for future release.
Valens announced recently that its Australian subsidiary has received its licences to import and export cannabis-derived products in Australia.
The company also made its first successful shipment to a partner in Denmark as part of a research and development initiative for a leading pharmaceutical company.
