Airbnb Inc (NASDAQ:ABNB) has seen an increase in bookings in countries where the vaccine rollout is progressing well, such as the UK and the US. First-quarter net loss was US$1.2bn despite revenues topped 2019 levels.
Sanne Group PLC (LON:SNN) has rejected a takeover offer by private equity firm Cinven which valued the financial services provider at £1.3bn. Cinven has to make another offer or withdraw its interest by 11 June.
e-Therapeutics PLC (LON:ETX) raised £22.5mln in an equity funding, comprising a placing and a retail offer. The company initially announced a £20mln funding after market close on Thursday then this morning confirmed it had raised additional funds.
Mailbox REIT PLC (LON:MBOX) has become the first company to list on the IPSX specialist property exchange, with a valuation of £84.85mln. The company, which owns the Mailbox, a large prime office-led mixed-use property in Birmingham, has been admitted to the FCA-regulated Wholesale segment of the IPSX.
Bushveld-Minerals-Ltd (LON:BMN) has completed the previously notified essential maintenance at its Vametco asset in South Africa. The vanadium price has continued to rise following a strong start to the year, noted the miner.
