American Manganese’s busy summer included closed-loop lithium-ion battery upcycling and EMM production

American Manganese Director and Chief Technology Officer Zarko Meseldzija joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered the final stages of the U.S. DLA Wenden stockpile project for the production of electrolytic manganese metal.

Meseldzija telling Proactive more about that project and also the fact they have upcycled battery production scrap to NMC-532 and now have recently upcycled EV black mass to NMC-622. The company has also just been granted a patent from Japan for the company's closed-loop lithium-ion battery upcycling process, RecycLiCo.
