Electric Royalties stock to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market

Electric Royalties said its common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ‘ELEC’

Electric Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:ELEC, OTC:ELECF) announced that its stock will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US today under the symbol ‘ELECF’ after qualifying for listing on the OTC Markets Group-operated stock exchange.

Electric Royalties said to be eligible for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, companies must be current in their reporting and undergo an annual verification and management certification process. 

“The OTCQB eligibility will allow us to expand our audience and activate our shareholder base in the US market as we continue to grow our portfolio of battery minerals royalties,” Electric Royalties CEO Brendan Yurik said in a statement.

“I look forward to introducing the company's exciting story to investors located in the US and am pleased that we have now made it easier for US investors to participate in our growth story,” Yurik added.

The company noted its common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ‘ELEC’.

It added an application for the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) eligibility is currently pending and once complete, will further facilitate electronic clearing and settlement of the company's common shares in the US.
