Westwater Resources makes progress at Kellyton graphite plant after ending 2Q with cash of $109M

Westwater Resources Inc (NYSE-A:WWR) executive chairman Terence Cryan and incoming chief financial officer Steven Cates take Proactive through results for the second quarter and provide an update on the Kellyton graphite processing plant currently under construction in east-central Alabama.

Cryan telling Proactive that Westwater is pleased with the progress being made at Kellyton despite the current challenging environment, and is still targeting to initiate commissioning of the plant in mid-2023.

Cates said the company is sticking to its overall budget of $202 million for Phase 1 of the Project. The company ended June with $109 million cash on hand and no debt, he added.
