APQ Global looks to Turkey and Argentina for value in 2019

APQ Global Ltd's (LON:APQ) Bart Turtelboom tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott  the medium-term global economic growth outlook will be 'supportive' for emerging market equities after what's been a challenging year in 2018.

Turtelboom says ongoing trade wars, political and economic uncertainty in Italy and increased tensions in the Middle East and the Gulf are likely to dampen investor sentiment.

In December APQ invested 1% of its book value for a 40% stake in BARTR Holdings - a start-up seeking to disrupt the wholesale telecommunications market.
