About the company

The company's approach unites all levels of government, business, non-profits, and academia to ensure sustainable access to critical minerals and metals vital for defense and industry.

How it is doing

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) announced that it has entered into a non-binding strategic collaboration with Evrensel Impact Group (EIG) to explore opportunities for identifying, evaluating and potentially developing critical minerals projects across Africa.

The companies said the collaboration is intended to combine EIG's network of government relationships, strategic partnerships and commercial engagements across the continent with M2i Global's critical minerals strategy. The arrangement establishes a framework for identifying opportunities that align with M2i's strategic priorities and evaluating potential future projects.

According to the companies, EIG has expanded its presence in recent months by building relationships with governments, strategic partners and industry stakeholders in Mozambique, Nigeria, Botswana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic. The group also said it is developing opportunities in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Togo, Cameroon and other jurisdictions.

"We believe this proposed collaboration represents an opportunity to expand M2i Global's access to strategic critical minerals opportunities through EIG's growing network of government relationships across Africa," M2i Global CEO Alberto Rosende said.

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) says its Australian copper agreement has surged in value to $1.17 billion after LME prices climbed to $13,320 per ton, within reach of an all-time high.

The deal, first disclosed in July 2024 at $945 million, has gained more than 24% in value as copper prices rally on tightening supply and surging demand tied to electrification and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) said on Monday it had signed a Letter of Intent with Aurica Tokenization Inc, a Nevada-based commodity tokenization company, to develop a physically-backed gold token platform that the companies expect to expand into other strategic minerals.

Under the agreement, Aurica will issue digital tokens backed one-to-one by hallmarked gold, with the company acquiring metal at a 3% discount to prevailing spot prices through supply arrangements currently in advanced negotiations with several gold mining and processing companies.

What management says

09 Dec 2024

M2i Global (OTC:MTWO) CEO Alberto Rosende joined Steve Darling from Proactive to address China’s recent decision to ban exports of certain critical minerals, a move that validates the company’s mission since its founding. Rosende emphasized that this geopolitical shift underscores the fragility of global supply chains and highlights the urgent need for diversification and domestic production. China currently dominates the supply of critical minerals, controlling over 50% of the world’s germanium and nearly all gallium.

Rosende noted that this export ban serves as a wake-up call for the U.S. to accelerate efforts to secure its supply chains and reduce dependence on foreign sources. M2i Global’s strategic ecosystem is designed to address this challenge by offering turnkey solutions, including offtake agreements, government policy advocacy, partnerships with NGOs, and access to trusted laboratories. The company prioritizes ethical mining and recycling practices to create resilient domestic supply chains and support sustainable industry growth.

Rosende called for a united approach involving strategic investments, clear policy reforms, and innovations in recycling. By aligning public and private sector efforts, the U.S. can mitigate geopolitical risks, strengthen its position in the global market, and ensure long-term access to critical materials.
