The ASX 200 closed lower on Tuesday, dropping around 0.42 of a per cent.
Industrials managed to stay afloat - but only just - the sector shot up around a per cent - whilst every other sector fell into the red.

Droneshield shot up after locking in a $49.6 million contract via a European reseller—its 15th deal with them in three years, now totalling over $86 million.
Sovereign Metals had a stellar day on news it's signed a strategic deal with the International Finance Corporation for its Kasiya rutile-graphite project in Malawi.

American Rare Earths was down despite producing a mixed rare earth oxide for the first time at its Halleck Creek project.
European Lithium finished in the red despite confirming consistent rare earth grades and strategic metals at the Tanbreez project in Greenland, with its final 2024 drill results supporting resource growth and multi-commodity potential.
