archTIS appoints Gerard Foley as VP and GM for APAC

archTIS Ltd has appointed Gerard Foley as vice president and general manager for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, effective January 6, 2025.
Foley will drive the strategic direction of the APAC software business, focusing on sales growth and operational efficiency.
He brings more than 25 years of experience leading strategic sales initiatives in defence, high-technology and national security sectors.
A seasoned C-suite executive, Foley has a strong record of driving revenue growth, influencing strategic procurement, and executing complex sales strategies across Australia, the UK, the US, the EU and Southeast Asia.

A military outlook
Foley built a distinguished career over 25 years with Raytheon Australia, where he held senior positions, including chief of growth and head of strategy and business development. He also served as regional director for South Asia at Raytheon International in Reston, Virginia.
A graduate of the Royal Military College, Foley previously served in military leadership, training and procurement roles, specialising in aviation engineering, leadership development and major capital equipment acquisition.
He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Science in Defence Technology from the Royal Military College of Science in Shrivenham, UK. Foley also serves as a Board Director of the Sir Richard Williams Foundation.
