Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) announced that it has appointed Psalion Operations Limited as an investment advisor to its Liechtenstein-based subsidiary, Fineqia AG, to support its strategy of developing of structured, yield-oriented crypto Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs) for investors across Europe.

Psalion Operations Limited is a subsidiary of the Psalion Group, a blockchain-focused investment firm with institutional expertise across the digital asset landscape.

Its capabilities include yield generation, asset structuring, and risk-managed exposure to decentralised finance (DeFi) protocols. It also operates venture capital funds.

Fineqia aims to leverage Psalion’s expertise to accelerate the evolution of its ETP product suite, targeting financial instruments that integrate traditional structures with blockchain-based features.

Earlier in 2025, Fineqia launched its first crypto Exchange-Traded Note (ETN), the Fineqia FTSE Cardano Enhanced Yield ETN, and the company highlighted that its partnership with Psalion marks a step forward in scaling this product roadmap.

"Psalion's proven ability to engineer sophisticated, yield-bearing crypto activities makes them an ideal partner for our next phase of growth," Fineqia CEO Bundeep Singh Rangar said in a statement.

“Their appointment strengthens our mission to provide compliant, forward-looking digital asset products that speak to the needs of today's investors."

Tim Enneking, managing partner of the Psalion Group, expressed excitement about working with Fineqia on various ETPs, especially a potential Bitcoin ETP.

“In a truly complementary partnership, Fineqia brings its expertise in institutional-grade investment products, and Psalion brings its expertise in creating yield products," Enneking said.

The agreement between Fineqia AG and The Psalion Group was signed on April 16. The terms of the agreement remain confidential.
