Fineqia International Inc -

Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) on Monday reported a 152% rise in total revenue for the first quarter of 2025, powered by strong institutional demand for its Cardano-linked exchange-traded note (ETN).

The digital asset and investment firm said revenue rose to nearly C$358,00 for the three months ended March 31, from C$142,000 in the previous quarter — its strongest performance to date.

Roughly half of Q1 revenue stemmed from fees tied to the Fineqia FTSE Cardano Enhanced Yield ETN (Ticker: YADA), which launched in January and trades on the Wiener Börse, Börse Stuttgart, and LS TradeCenter in Germany.

“This quarter marks an inflection point for Fineqia,” said CFO Warren Sergeant. "Not only have we seen our overall revenue more than double, but we're also seeing Cardano-related fees emerge as a primary revenue driver. The growth validates investor appetite for exchange listed products that go beyond passive crypto exposure."

The YADA ETN, issued by Fineqia’s Liechtenstein-based subsidiary, tracks the FTSE Cardano Index, developed with FTSE Russell. The index captures ADA spot prices using a rules-based methodology to reflect total return potential.

The company said the revenue growth signals a broader strategic shift toward yield-bearing, regulated digital asset products, amid increased institutional interest in blockchain exposure.
