Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) said on Monday its recently launched yield-bearing Bitcoin exchange-traded product (ETP) has exceeded C$13.9 million ($10.1 million) in assets under management (AUM).
Issued by its Liechtenstein-based unit Fineqia AG and listed on the Wiener Börse, the Fineqia Bitcoin Yield ETP is the first listed product to offer both exposure to Bitcoin and yield generated via decentralised finance protocols.
The performance of YBTC brings Fineqia’s total AUM to C$36 million, combining YBTC’s C$13.9 million with C$22.1 million in its previously launched Fineqia FTSE Cardano Enhanced Yield ETN, listed on exchanges in Vienna and Stuttgart.
“The early momentum behind YBTC underscores investor appetite for products that offer both asset exposure and yield,” said Fineqia CEO Bundeep Singh Rangar. “The sizeable AUM mark soon after launch validates our vision to deliver compliant digital asset products that prioritise performance, transparency, and risk-managed yield.”
Unlike traditional passive Bitcoin products, the YBTC ETP reinvests DeFi-generated rewards back into Bitcoin over time. This structure allows investors to grow their BTC holdings within a regulated and transparent investment vehicle, the company said.
The ETP charges a 1.5% annual management fee and a 20% performance fee on the yield generated, inclusive of all operating costs.
Fineqia said the launch of YBTC and YADA reflects its strategy to bridge traditional finance and blockchain innovation through institutional-grade yield-bearing products.
