Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) has reported fiscal third quarter results showing solid revenue growth and improved profitability metrics, as the company pointed to increasing adoption of its AI-driven event technology platform.
For the three months ended December 31, 2025, revenue rose 59% year over year to $468,000, up from $294,000 in the same period last year.
The company also reported sequential growth of 20%, compared with $391,000 in the prior quarter.
Nextech3D.ai said the gains reflect accelerating enterprise uptake of its AI-powered event offerings, including its Map D platform and early contributions from Eventdex. Management characterized the performance as evidence that the company has moved beyond its restructuring phase and is entering a period of sustained expansion.
Gross margin reached a record 95% in the quarter, compared with 41% a year earlier and 88% in the previous quarter. The company attributed the improvement to a greater mix of software, platform and recurring revenue, highlighting what it described as the scalability of its AI-driven model.
Operating loss, excluding share-based compensation, narrowed by 46% year over year to $696,000 from $1.29 million. Net loss improved modestly to $1.21 million from $1.28 million.
Deferred revenue increased 21% to $558,000, which the company said reflects growing enterprise commitments and multi-year contracts. Total assets rose 73% to $2.19 million from $1.27 million, strengthening the balance sheet.
"We have turned into a lean, high-margin AI-first company and are now delivering measurable results,” Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
“With Q3 record gross margins of 95%, expanding enterprise adoption, and growing deferred revenue, we believe this quarter marks the beginning of sustained and scalable growth."
Looking ahead, Nextech3D.ai said it is experiencing continued sales momentum and expects revenue growth to accelerate further in fiscal 2026. The outlook is supported by an expanding enterprise pipeline, larger contract values, cross-selling across Map D, Eventdex and Krafty Labs, and growth in recurring platform revenue.
"We are seeing increased deal flow, larger enterprise contracts, and strong momentum across our platform,” Gappelberg said. “With the integration of Map Dynamics, Eventdex and Krafty Labs and continued demand for our AI-powered event solutions, we expect this growth trajectory to continue into the current quarter and for the foreseeable future."
