Sarah Byrom specialises in getting the best out of people at work, collaborating with a number of growing and ambitious start ups and SMEs to transform business performance and productivity through investment in people management and development. Working with business leaders and people managers to raise quality standards and find better ways of working with their people, Sarah's expertise encompasses governance and organisational design, performance and career development, reward and recognition, culture and well-being. Sarah enjoys working with senior stakeholders to achieve business growth in a way that allows both people and business to thrive.

Prior to working as an HR Consultant, Sarah worked in the HR teams at global leaders in law Allen and Overy and professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Career highlights include helping set up Allen and Overy's Sydney office, and two years working in PwC's Brisbane office. Sarah returned to London to study for her Masters in Personnel and Development. 

Sarah now resides in rural Suffolk with her Canadian husband and family of young boys.
