Information Services Corporation launches modernized Bank Act Security Registry customer portal

Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) has announced the successful launch of the Bank Act Security Registry online, self-service customer portal.
The BASR platform now offers 24/7/365 service provision with a range of online submission and search functionalities designed to provide seamless experiences for users to track, manage, and utilize their submissions in real time.
"ISC is proud to launch the modernized and streamlined BASR platform alongside the Bank of Canada,” CEO Shawn Peters said in a statement.
“For the first time, users can access the information they need in real time and around the clock. This modernized registry technology, combined with ISC’s extensive experience in managing complex registries, will elevate the BASR user experience significantly."
The launch follows ISC's five-year contract with the Bank of Canada.
ISC will operate the BASR customer portal while also facilitating offline submissions via email, mail, and fax, in addition to managing BASR in-person satellite offices across each province.
