Creo Medical Group PLC (AIM:CREO) has officially launched its latest surgical device, SpydrBlade Flex, in the UK and Europe, with St Mark’s Hospital in London becoming the first customer.

Designed for precision in minimally invasive procedures, the product will help doctors treat conditions like colorectal cancer without major surgery.

St Mark’s, a globally recognised leader in endoscopy, is already a regular user of Creo’s Speedboat UltraSlim device.

Now, with SpydrBlade Flex, the hospital will have another advanced tool to perform complex procedures with greater accuracy and flexibility.

Creo is gearing up for a wider rollout, with plans to introduce the device across Europe and, eventually, the US once regulatory approval is secured. The technology will be showcased at the ESGE Days 2025 conference in Barcelona this April.

CEO Craig Gulliford said the company expects strong adoption as hospitals look for new ways to reduce surgical waiting lists and improve patient care.
