Dundee Precious Metals Inc (TSX:DPM) could see meaningful resource growth at its Chelopech operation following the company's announcement of a new high-grade gold-copper porphyry discovery, according to Jefferies analysts.

The firm wrote that the discovery at the Brevene South Porphyry (BSP) target, located adjacent to the Chelopech mine concession in Bulgaria, may represent the deeper source system that geologists have long speculated exists beneath the operation.

Perspective Therapeutics Inc. (NYSE-A:CATX) has treated the first patient with a type of brain tumor called meningioma using its experimental drug [212Pb]VMT-a-NET, broadening a clinical trial that previously focused only on a different cancer type known as neuroendocrine tumors.

The new arm of the Phase 1/2a study, called LEMONaDE, aims to assess how safe the treatment is and whether it shows early signs of shrinking tumors in meningioma patients. Meningiomas are the most common primary brain tumors in adults, making up about 40% of all central nervous system tumors diagnosed each year in the United States. While many cases are slow-growing and manageable, roughly 20% are higher-grade tumors that are harder to treat, and about 30% of lower-grade cases either cannot be surgically removed or come back after initial treatment. Once a meningioma recurs or progresses, patients have few effective treatment options.

Medicus Pharma (NASDAQ:MDCX) announced that it has submitted Protocol SKNJCT-005 to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under its existing Investigational New Drug (IND) application for SkinJect, advancing the therapy into registrational development for patients with Gorlin Syndrome, also known as Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome (NBCCS).

The company said the protocol outlines a Phase 2b, open-label study intended to generate efficacy and safety data that could support a future New Drug Application (NDA) for SkinJect in the rare inherited disorder.

Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF, FRA:3XS0) announced that it has completed its previously announced bought deal public offering, raising approximately C$34.5 million in gross proceeds to support development of its Arizona copper project.

The company issued 82.1 million common shares at a price of C$0.42 per share, a figure that includes the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option for an additional 10.7 million shares.

Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, ISE:AIID) announced that Ridgedale Federal Credit Union has selected the company to provide identity authentication services through the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators' Driver’s License Data Verification (DLDV) system.

Under the integration, Ridgedale FCU will be able to automatically verify driver’s licenses presented during account openings and certain high-risk transactions. According to Trust Stamp, the DLDV service validates license information in real time against records maintained by the issuing government agency, rather than relying solely on checks of a physical document’s security features.

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) says its Australian copper agreement has surged in value to $1.17 billion after LME prices climbed to $13,320 per ton, within reach of an all-time high.

The deal, first disclosed in July 2024 at $945 million, has gained more than 24% in value as copper prices rally on tightening supply and surging demand tied to electrification and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF, FRA:8SR) has highlighted encouraging results from a spring drilling program conducted by its partner, Excalibur Metals at the Bellehelen silver-gold project in Nye County, Nevada.

According to Excalibur, the first drill hole at Spyglass, BH26001, intersected 360 grams per tonne (g/t) silver and 2.03 g/t gold over 1.52 metres within a broader mineralized interval grading 16.7 g/t silver and 0.10 g/t gold over 100.58 metres. The company said the hole ended within the wider mineralized zone, indicating mineralization remains open at depth.

Percheron Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:PER, OTC:PERCF) has unveiled new preclinical data suggesting its lead cancer therapy HMBD-002 could help address treatment resistance in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), one of the most aggressive and difficult-to-treat forms of the disease.

The findings were presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago and stem from a research collaboration with Brisbane-based QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute led by Professor Sudha Rao.
