International Graphite Ltd (ASX:IG6, OTC:IGRPF) has signed a Heads of Terms agreement with Wogen Pacific Ltd to support product sales, marketing and graphite concentrate supply for its Collie Micronising Facility in Western Australia.
The agreement is designed to help International Graphite establish sales channels into the Asia-Pacific market while supporting feedstock supply for future production growth at Collie.
The S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Index (ASX) was trading at 3,476.90, down 0.16% or 5.50 points yesterday, although the index remained 3.06% or 109.70 points higher over the past five days.

Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) announced that it has deployed and commissioned a PowerBuoy system for Rutgers University off the coast of New Jersey and received an order for a WAM-V unmanned surface vehicle from Stevens Institute of Technology.
The Rutgers project, supported by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, is fully installed and operational, according to the company. The PowerBuoy system replaces an existing ocean monitoring setup that relied on fixed seabed cables and is designed to provide continuous offshore power and communications without permanent infrastructure.
Nine Mile Metals Ltd. (CSE:NINE, OTCQB:VMSXF, FRA:KQ9) said a completed drill hole at its Wedge project in New Brunswick hit two distinct zones of copper-bearing VMS mineralization over 129.72 metres, reinforcing the northeastern extension of the deposit.
Drill hole DDH WD-26-01 hit base metal sulphides including pyrite and chalcopyrite from 34.6 to 164.32 metres, with the lower zone also carrying visible sphalerite (zinc) and galena (lead).
