Hut 8 Mining Corp (TSX:HUT, Unlisted (US):HUTMF) shares climbed nearly 12% on Monday after the company announced a second long-term lease agreement for its Beacon Point AI data center campus in Texas, fully commercializing the 1-gigawatt facility and increasing its contracted data center portfolio.

The company announced a 15-year lease agreement covering 352 megawatts (MW) of IT capacity with the same high-investment-grade tenant that signed the first phase lease at the campus. The agreement carries a base-term contract value of $9.8 billion and brings the tenant’s total contracted capacity at Beacon Point to 704 MW.

Tempus AI (NASDAQ:TEM) will acquire Personalis (NASDAQ:PNSL) in a stock deal valued at $1.5 billion, expanding its reach in the market for tests that monitor cancer recurrence after treatment.

Personalis shareholders will receive $16.25 per share, a 6% premium to Friday's closing price and a 28% premium to the unaffected 30-day volume-weighted average price.

AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC) shares rose 11% after the movie theater chain reported second-quarter results that exceeded Wall Street expectations, driven by a strong slate of summer blockbuster releases.

The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.14 for the quarter ended June 30, compared with analysts' expectations for a loss of $0.02 per share.

Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF, FRA:7KE) has secured a $15 million strategic investment from SRC Agrominerals to expand its Beiseker fertilizer facility and lock in a long-term supply of carbonatite, a mineral-rich input for its regenerative fertilizer products.

Under the agreement, SRC will invest $7.5 million through the purchase of 50 million units at $0.15 per unit, giving it an initial 19.9% stake in Replenish on a non-diluted basis.

Domino's Pizza Inc (NYSE:DPZ) shares climbed about 3% on Monday after the company reported second quarter results that topped revenue expectations but fell short on earnings, while highlighting continued order growth and global store expansion.

The pizza chain reported adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.07 for the quarter, below analysts' consensus estimate of $4.19, according to the figures provided.
