Actinogen Medical Ltd (ASX:ACW, OTC:ATGGF) has outlined the scientific rationale supporting its lead drug candidate Xanamem® (emestedastat) as a potential treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, with results from the company’s first pivotal clinical trial expected in November 2026.
The company presented an overview of Xanamem and its development program in a 12-minute podium presentation titled Advancing Oral Xanamem in Alzheimer’s Disease at the annual Bioshares Biotech Summit in Queenstown, New Zealand.
First Phosphate Corp. Custom Health Holdings Inc (TSX:CHLT) will acquire Spencer Health Solutions Inc, maker of the spencer smart medication dispenser and in-home monitoring platform, in a deal worth up to US$25 million, the company said Wednesday.
Custom Health already deploys the spencer device as part of its medication management model. The acquisition brings the technology in-house, giving the company control of Spencer's product roadmap and engineering.
Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) has signed a strategic partnership with F2B Services, LLC aimed at expanding revenue through LED display solutions, event technology services and AI-powered software offerings.
