Further, at the hearing, HMRC confirmed that the amount it alleges remains outstanding is less than 50 per cent. of the amount claimed in the initial petition. The Company continues to seek to reconcile the amount properly due with HMRC and to agree the terms and timing for payment of any agreed amount.
No winding-up order was made at the hearing.
Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares remains suspended from AIM, pending publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended
