Bit Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BTBT) is positioned for significant upside, according to Noble Capital Markets analysts, who maintained an ‘Outperform’ rating with a $5.50 price target, well above current levels of about $2.20, after the firm reported its November Ethereum metrics.
The company held approximately 154,398.7 ETH as of November 30, up from 153,547 ETH at the end of October. About 15,146 ETH and ETH-equivalents were held in an externally managed fund.
Bit Digital staked an additional 5,141 ETH during the month, bringing total staked ETH to roughly 137,621, or 89.1% of total holdings. Staking operations generated around 328.5 ETH in rewards for November, corresponding to an annualized yield of 3.05%.
At an ETH closing price of $2,991.90, the company’s holdings were valued at approximately $461.9 million.
Noble noted that Ethereum has been volatile recently, dropping from $4,800 in August to a low of $2,700 before rebounding to about $3,100. Despite this, some analysts remain bullish, with crypto expert Tom Lee forecasting ETH could surpass $60,000, citing Ethereum’s central role in real-world asset tokenization.
“We continue to believe ETH is well-positioned to capitalize on the new economy,” Noble wrote.
The analysts also see the company’s continued ownership stake in WhiteFiber as a positive. The company owns approximately 27 million WhiteFiber shares with a market value of approximately $579.5 million as of November 30.
“While it is early, the IPO of WhiteFiber could be a game changer for Bit Digital, enabling investors to unbundle the value of the HPC business from Bit Digital's historic crypto operations,” Noble wrote.
