Royalty Management Holding Corporation added to Russell Microcap Index

Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) said it has been added to the Russell Microcap Index, effective after the US market closes on June 28, as part of the 2026 Russell indexes reconstitution.
Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which runs for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
"We are honored to be joining the Russell Microcap Index," said Thomas Sauve, Royalty Management’s CEO. "This is a testament to the hard work of our team in building a company that offers a strong growth trajectory as well as over a year of dividend payments to our shareholders."
Sauve added that the company is evaluating several high-impact investment opportunities while also seeking selective realizations of current investments to generate additional cashflow. He also cited the continued expansion of ReElement Technologies at its Marion, Indiana facility, which he said would position Royalty Management as one of the only companies deriving cash flow for investors from the rare earth and critical mineral refining industry.
Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies. Approximately $9 trillion in assets are benchmarked against Russell's US indexes, which are part of FTSE Russell, a leading global index provider.
