EnWave Corp - EnWave signs second equipment deal with Procescir, names new CFO

EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF, FRA:E4U) announced that it has signed a second equipment purchase agreement with Mexican food processing company Procescir S.A. de C.V. for an additional 120-kilowatt Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) dehydration machine.

The new equipment purchase follows Procescir's commercialization of its first REV production line. EnWave said the second system will expand Procescir's manufacturing capacity, allowing the company to increase production of private-label and branded dried fruit, vegetable and ingredient products, while supporting its toll drying business for international food companies.

Procescir is a vertically integrated Mexican agricultural company that EnWave identified as one of its key commercial partners in Latin America. According to EnWave, the additional production capacity is expected to contribute to higher recurring royalty revenue as commercial output increases.

The company expects to deliver the second 120kW REV machine to Procescir's facility during the 2026 calendar year.

Additionally, EnWave announced the appointment of Nav Dhami as chief financial officer. Dhami, who currently serves as the company's financial controller, will succeed Dylan Murray, who is leaving the company after accepting another professional opportunity.

EnWave said Dhami has more than 10 years of financial leadership experience, including expertise in financial operations, risk management and financial reporting.

As part of the appointment, the company granted Dhami 300,000 incentive stock options under its stock option plan. They have a five-year term and will vest in one-third increments over 18 months, in accordance with the plan.

Shares of EnWave added 13.3% in Toronto at C$0.26.
