American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC) announced on Friday that its board of directors has approved a special cash dividend of $0.0431 per share as the company returns capital to shareholders while continuing to invest in its critical minerals business.

The tool analyzes review trends and sentiment patterns to surface data-driven recommendations businesses can act on to improve customer experience and retention.

Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) announced that it has acquired strategic subsea developmental technology assets from Columbia Power Technologies, expanding its operational infrastructure portfolio to include capabilities designed for underwater operations.

The acquisition extends the company's offerings from the ocean surface to the seabed, adding intellectual property and engineering assets focused on subsea power technology. Ocean Power Technologies said the transaction strengthens its position as a provider of infrastructure supporting autonomous maritime operations.

Arc Minerals Limited (AIM:ARCM, OTC:ACMNF, FRA:DFYA) told investors it has mapped an 18-kilometre geological contact at its Virgo copper project in Botswana, expanding the prospective structure by 14 kilometres ahead of drilling scheduled to start in early August.

The induced polarisation survey identified several high-priority chargeability and resistivity anomalies, alongside areas of structural complexity that may act as mineral trap sites. The inferred contact between the D’Kar and Ngwako Pan formations is now more than four times longer than the company had previously expected.

Team Internet Group PLC (AIM:TIG, OTCQX:TIGXF, FRA:4CN) said it expects to return to year-on-year earnings growth in the second half after its Search division returned to profitability in June, completing its transition away from legacy AdSense for Domains revenue.

Adjusted EBITDA fell 21% year on year to US$19.5 million in the six months to June, though this represented an 8% improvement on the second half of 2025. Net revenue declined 16% to US$61 million, while gross margin widened to 34.1% from 27.6%.

Novo Resources Corp (TSX:NVO, OTCQX:NSRPF, ASX:NVO, FRA:1NOR) earlier this week confirmed that maiden reverse circulation drilling at its Wyloo Polymetallic Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara had identified a significant hydrothermal alteration system and returned high-grade silver and antimony mineralisation from surface.

Executive co-chairman Mike Spreadborough said the results formed part of Novo Resources’ staged approach to greenfields exploration. He described exploration as being like an onion, with the company progressively “peeling away” geological layers through surface sampling, rock-chip analysis, geochemistry and drilling.

Horizon Gold Ltd (ASX:HRN, OTC:HZGLF, FRA:HO0) earlier this week confirmed a financially robust development pathway for its 100%-owned Gum Creek Gold Project in Western Australia, following the completion of a definitive feasibility study targeting first production in the second half of 2028.

The open-pit study outlined average production of 98,000 ounces of gold per annum during the first five years and total recovered production of 880,000 ounces across an initial 10-year mine life.

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) earlier this week secured US Federal FAST-41 Transparency coverage for its Golden Gate tungsten-gold target in Idaho, giving both of the primary development targets at the Horse Heaven project prioritised status within the federal permitting framework.

The Golden Gate designation follows the inclusion of Antimony Ridge in the FAST-41 program in April 2026. CEO of US Operations Craig Lindsay said the second designation demonstrated the strategic relevance of Horse Heaven and could reduce uncertainty around the project’s permitting pathway.

Actinogen Medical Ltd (ASX:ACW, OTC:ATGGF) this week reported encouraging evidence that its lead drug candidate Xanamem® (emestedastat) may offer a novel treatment approach for major depressive disorder following publication of Phase 2 trial results in the peer-reviewed British Journal of Psychiatry.
