Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN, FRA:PAA0) sold assets, cut its manager list and handed back cash to shareholders in the year to end May as part of its strategic agenda. Its shares rose 37.5%, beating the wider market, and the discount to net asset value has narrowed sharply. Read more

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM:BHL) has struck a deal letting a solar developer build on part of its Pennsylvania lease, while it keeps its lithium rights below ground. The company says the setup could even power a future lithium extraction pilot plant. Read more
