Snail Inc (NASDAQ:SNAL) said Tuesday its subsidiary Egofold will debut AI Ranch and NHPs, an artificial intelligence initiative, at the Ai4 2026 conference in Las Vegas this week.

The company described NHPs, or Non-Human Players, as AI companions for video games designed to learn and adapt during gameplay, distinguishing them from traditional non-playable characters or scripted bots.

Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd (TSX-V:MON, OTC:MXTRF) said a new drillhole at its Elvira Gold Project in northern Chile hit strong signs of a gold-bearing hydrothermal system, with pyrite mineralization found at depth.

The hole, MON-ELV-02, was drilled to 625.25 metres and targeted a zone the company flagged as high-priority using geological mapping, geochemistry, geophysics and AI-assisted data modelling.

Grey Matters Health (CSE:GREY, OTCQB:AGNPD, FRA:AGW0) announced that it will be opening its first NovaScan Neuroimaging Clinic in September, marking the start of the company’s planned US expansion focused on brain-specific PET imaging.

The company described the facility as the first of its kind in the US dedicated to providing brain-specific PET scans for the detection of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases, including frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body dementia. The facility will also be used for select neuro-oncology applications.

Pinnacle Silver & Gold Corp (TSX-V:PINN, OTCQB:PSGCF, FRA:P9J) announced that it has identified gold-silver mineralization in previously inaccessible underground workings at its El Potrero property in Durango, Mexico, following rehabilitation and channel sampling.

The company reported that the newly accessible workings, known collectively as Dos de Mayo Norte, extend about 93 metres along the northwest strike of the Dos de Mayo vein and sit approximately 35 metres above the mine’s main level. The workings overlap the main level by about 25 metres, including an area where previous channel sampling identified higher-grade mineralization.

Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS, OTCQB:AZASF, FRA:A9J0) has landed a C$12 million investment from gold major Evolution Mining, which is taking a near-10% stake in the junior to help fund a major drilling push at its Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project in Arizona.

Under the deal, announced Tuesday, Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd, a subsidiary of Evolution Mining Limited, will acquire just over 15 million units of Arizona Gold & Silver in a non-brokered strategic private placement at C$0.80 per unit.

Lisata Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:LSTA, FRA:8NE) said on Tuesday it has taken decisive action following the termination of its merger agreement with Kuva Labs and its subsidiary Kuva Acquisition Corp, filing suit to protect stockholder interests and moving swiftly to strengthen its financial position.
