Pinnacle Silver & Gold CEO on gold-silver mineralization in newly accessible El Potrero workings

Published: 06:45 05 Aug 2026 EDT

Pinnacle Silver & Gold Corp (TSX-V:PINN, OTCQB:PSGCF, FRA:P9J) CEO Robert Archer joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to discuss encouraging progress at the El Potrero project in Mexico, where newly reopened historic underground workings have improved the company's understanding of mineralization and strengthened confidence in grade continuity.

Archer said the underground access has bridged an 80-metre information gap, reducing the need for surface drilling while providing a clearer picture of the mineralized system. He also gave an update on the underground drilling campaign, which has now reached around 48 holes and is nearing the halfway stage.

Looking ahead, Archer expects a steady flow of drill results over the coming weeks, with a surface drilling programme planned for September or October. The work will support a maiden resource estimate, preliminary mine plan and, ultimately, a production decision.
