Generation Mining (TSX:GENM, OTCQB:GENMF) president and CEO Jamie Levy says the company hopes to start construction of its Marathon Palladium Copper Project in Northwestern Ontario in the next 100 days once the environmental assessment is completed.

Levy told Proactive that an agreement to buy an unused, surplus SAG mill and ball mill from Hycroft Mining will also reduce some of the risks associated with the procurement, logistics and cost uncertainty associated with long-lead items for Marathon.

"We've de-risked the delivery time of 90 weeks," Levy said. "These are things we are showing to the government and to the market; that we're ready to to build. This is a very good head start for us."
