Custom Health Holdings Inc (TSX:CHLT) has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Wisconsin-based Evergreen Pharmacy LLC in a deal expected to add more than US$78 million in annual revenue to the company.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, Custom Health will pay a total purchase price of US$3.5 million, including at least US$1 million of prescription drug inventory and US$450,000 of net working capital. The purchase price is payable in cash on closing, subject to a US$175,000 indemnity holdback for six months following closing.

Varon Corp (OTCID:OZSC) announced that Ballislife Drink Inc, its joint venture with Varon USA and Ballislife Inc, has signed a multi-year exclusive deal giving an Alberta-based company that controls Shoot 360 Canada distribution rights across the country.

The agreement supports the nationwide rollout of Ballislife HYDRO Sports Drink in Canada and begins with an opening purchase order valued at approximately C$100,000, representing nearly 65,000 cans.

Aftermath Silver Ltd (TSX-V:AAG, OTCQX:AAGFF, FRA:FLM1) announced that it has started drilling at the eastern edge of its Berenguela project in Peru to test for high-grade copper mineralization beyond the current mineral resource estimate, while also launching a drill program at its Challacollo silver-gold project in northern Chile.

The company said the Berenguela program will initially include up to 1,000 metres of core drilling targeting an eastern copper zone, following previous drill results that intersected high-grade copper and silver mineralization. The program may be expanded depending on results.

Snail Inc (NASDAQ:SNAL) said it will attend Gamescom 2026 in Germany, where the company plans to showcase its expanding portfolio and reveal a previously undisclosed title.

Gamescom is one of the industry's largest platforms for visibility and partnership development. It drew more than 350,000 attendees from over 128 countries in 2025.

TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, FRA:TNW, OTC:TRRXF) announced that Altius Minerals has increased its strategic stake in the company after acquiring an additional 7.435 million shares on the public market.

According to a filing on SEDI dated July 21, Altius purchased the shares at C$0.23 each on July 17, bringing its total holding in TNR Gold to about 30.94 million shares.
